Refund Policy
Wallet Refunds: If a refund is initiated to the Fresh2Day Wallet, the amount will be credited immediately.
Bank Account Refunds: In case of refunds to a customer’s bank account, it may take 3 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect, depending on the banking partner.
Issue Resolution: All refund-related queries will be addressed and resolved within 24 hours of reporting.
